Gunju Ojo Calls for Unity and Support for President Tinubu’s Administration During Eid Celebrations

As Muslims across Nigeria gather to celebrate Eid al-Fitr, marking the end of Ramadan, Rt Hon Gunju Ojo, former Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, delivers a poignant message of unity and solidarity. In his address, Ojo emphasizes the importance of rallying behind President Bola Tinubu and his administration, particularly in light of recent economic victories, such as the strengthening of the Naira against the dollar.

Ojo commends President Tinubu’s leadership and the effectiveness of his policies in steering Nigeria towards economic stability and growth. He highlights the pivotal role of Chief Adebayo Adelabu, Minister of Power, expressing confidence in his ability to bring about significant improvements in the electricity sector.

Looking ahead to the upcoming April 27 local government elections in Oyo State, Ojo acknowledges the fierce competition between candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), especially in Orire. He calls upon APC members to actively participate in the electoral process, urging them to exercise their democratic rights and vote for progress and development in their communities.

He emphasizes the importance of this electoral exercise and calls upon all APC members to actively participate in deciding the fate of their communities at the polls.

With the nation’s future hanging in the balance, Ojo underscores the importance of unity and cooperation in advancing President Tinubu’s vision for Nigeria. He urges citizens to set aside their differences and come together in support of the administration’s efforts to build a stronger and more prosperous nation.
