FULL LIST : PEOPLE’S DEMOCRATIC PARTY (PDP) CHAIRMANSHIP CANDIDATES FOR OGBOMOSO ZONE
In a recent development, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has announced its chairmanship candidates for the local government areas (LGAs) in Ogbomoso zone. The party held its primary elections to select the contenders who will represent PDP in the forthcoming local government elections.
The candidates for the various LGAs are as follows:
Ogbomoso South: Oyedokun Oyeniyi Timothy
Surulere LG: Isaiah Adegibite, Ogo Oluwa: Seun Ojo, Ogbomoso North: George Ogunlade
Orire LG: Teju Alabi.
It is noteworthy that the incumbent chairmen of Ogbomoso South, Surulere, Ogo Oluwa, and Orire LGAs have all been returned as candidates, indicating the party’s approval of their performance in their respective positions.
However, in a surprising twist of events, Honorable George Ogunlade will be replacing Honorable Kabir Ayoade as the PDP’s candidate for the chairmanship position in Ogbomoso North LGA.
As the local government elections approach, the candidates will be vying for the support of the electorate in their respective LGAs, and all eyes will be on the PDP’s contenders to see how they fare in the upcoming polls.
