We’ll continue to provide right foundation for Oyo children – Makinde

Oyo State governor, Seyi Makinde, has said his administration is committed to providing the right foundation to enable children to make a success of their lives.

The governor stated this in a statement to commemorate the 2024 Children’s Day signed by the Special Adviser (Media) to the Oyo governor.

The governor said his administration believes that the right foundation is important to children’s growth and progress, hence its strong commitment to improving the quality of education and healthcare delivery in the state.

He said his administration’s strides are hinged on the fact that children are special and deserve the best of life.

He said: “As we celebrate our children on their special day, we restate our administration’s commitment to ensuring that we provide the right foundation to enable them to succeed in life. “Happy Children’s Day!”
