2023 Election: Oyo North PDP Senatorial Youth Leader Takes Consultations to Okeogun LGAs

In continuation of his tour to the local government areas in Oyo North Senatorial District, the senatorial youth leader, Hon. Moshood Folawiyo met with stakeholders, youth stakeholders, youth leaders and members of the People’s Democratic Party who are from Olorunsogo, Irepo and Oorelope local government areas on Tuesday.

The meeting which entered into second day today had members of the People’s Democratic Party drawn from different wards pouring out their minds, suggesting the way forward and also appreciating Engr. Seyi Makinde for leading a government with human face.

In Igbeti, Olorunsogo local government area, the enthusiatic members of the party thronged out to the Television Viewing Centre commending Engr. Seyi Makinde led administration for delivering on the campaign promises he made to the good people of Oyo State.

In Oorelope local government Chairman, Hon. Akeem Adepoju led numbers of party faithfuls in the ancient town of Igboho to the meeting venue at the local government secretariat, he charged party members to be more committed to the party’s success in the 2023 elections.

While responding to the demands of the members of the party in Igboho, Oorelope local government, the senatorial youth leader, appreciated them for keeping faith with the party. He also promised to ensure all reviews and feedbacks get to the appropriate quarters where all necessary leverages shall be provided.

He further charged them to work for all the candidates of the party in the forthcoming general elections.

The people of Kishi in Irepo local government could not hide their joy over the resolve of Engr Seyi Makinde to pick Barrister Bayo Lawal as his deputy governor and also transmitting power to him as the Acting Governor of Oyo State following his month-long vacation.

Amongst the people on his entourage are Fasasi Ridwan from Itesiwaju, Mariam Olaitan from Ogbomoso North, Femi Oyekola from Itesiwaju, Olayinka Diekola from Kajola and Adewale Saheed from Irepo.
