2023 Election: Oyo North PDP Youth Leader Begins Local Government Tours, Charges Youth To Close Ranks

In preparation ahead of the 2023 general elections the senatorial youth leader of the People’s Democratic Party in Oyo North Senatorial District, Hon. Folawiyo under the able leadership of Oyo State Youth Leader, Hon Michael Ogunsina began consultations to all the local government areas in Oyo North Senatorial District starting which kicked off in the three local government areas of Ogbomoso zone in the senatorial district; Ogbomoso North, South and Oriire Local Government Areas.

During the meetings with the local government youth leaders, ward youth leaders and party members, Hon. Folawiyo reiterated the need for all party members to close ranks and work for the success of the Party in order for every party members to have access to more dividends of democracy and what is due to them.

He stressed the fact that, the government of Engr. Seyi Makinde has laid a solid foundation for good governance in Oyo State which will be further consolidated with the emergence of PDP candidates as senators, House of Representatives members and State House of Assembly members.

While reacting, the youth leaders across the three local government areas expressed the need for building a formidable structure of youths in the party, as it remains a viable tool in the process of campaign and voting exercise.

They commended the leadership style of Governor Seyi Makinde in fulfillment of his electoral promises which makes it easier to seek for re-election, come 2023.
