Ogbomoso Citizen Writes to Makinde, Pleads With Him To Repair Oja-Igbo to Arowomole Road.
A concerned citizen of Oyo State, Mr Oyewole Bolaji has written an open letter to Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde over the deplorable state of major state roads in ogbomoso North and Ogbomoso South Local Government Areas respectively.
Bolaji who mused over over the developmental projects the governor has spread across the five zones in Oyo State wondered why Arowomole junction, Kolara, Ijeru, Abogunde and Oja igbó roads have been left unattended to after heavy duty trucks damaged the major roads since late last year to early this year.
He also reiterated the need for the state government to rise to the need of fixing these roads as they serve economic importance to the good people of Ogbomoso.
He, equally seized the opportunity to commiserate with the state government, the people of Oyo State over the demise of Soun of Ogbomosoland, Olubadan of Ibadan, Aláàfin of Oyo and Otunba Adebayo Alao-Akala, a former governor of the state.

OPEN LETTER TO OYO STATE ADMINISTRATION
Accept my condolences over the loss of three prominent monarchs in the state Soun of Ogbomoso land, Olubadan of Ibadan and Alafin of Oyo and also the former Governor
Otunba Alao Akala who joined their ancestors, there role in the state can never be forgotten. May their soul continue to rest in peace. (Amen).
Using this opportunity also to appreciate the good work of His excellency Engr. Seyi
Abiodun Makinde so far in the state in order to foster the economy growth,security, education and well-being of the citizens in the state.
In view of this with your good plan for state to take the State the Pacesetter and example for others to follow it seen everywhere mostly the Capital of the State with the hope that every other town and city of the state is also in plan and expecting to experience touch in other sectors and areas within the state, most especially Ogbomoso expecting to experience more engineering touch from the administration most especially the roads network within Ogbomoso town,, Ogbomoso South especially, (The most concern areas Arowomole Junction, Kolara Area, Ijeru Area, Abogunde Area to Oja gbo (a link between Ogbomoso South and Ogbomoso North) which has been damage by heavy truck during the period at which work was going at the Federal Road between Ogbomoso
High School down to Seminary/Takie Area.
The town also expecting or waiting to have
more things to attract outsiders within and outside Nigeria to come, establish and boost the economy of the state through Ogbomoso as Oke Ogun and other side of the state add and boost economy of the state through them.
It’s my prayer that God will continue to move Oyo state, Engr. Seyi Abiodun Makinde’s Administration and Ogbomoso forward to a greater height and will continue to be at
peace in Jesus name.
