Full List: Oyo PDP Returns Dayo Ogungbenro as Chairman, Elevates Wasiu Adeleke to Deputy, Micheal Ogunsina Confirmed as PRO
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State has successfully conducted its state congress, producing a new set of executives to pilot the affairs of the party for the next four years.
At the keenly attended congress held in Ibadan, Honourable Dayo Ogungbenro was returned as the State Chairman, reaffirming his leadership position within the party. He will now be deputized by Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke, who until his elevation was the State Secretary of the party.
In what was seen as another major development, Micheal Ogunsina emerged fully as the State Publicity Secretary (PRO), after having served in an acting capacity.
