Oyo PDP Hosts Ogbomoso South Stakeholders, Reaffirms Loyalty to Makinde

The Oyo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has restated its commitment to deepening its grassroots structures, as it hosted leaders and stakeholders from Ogbomoso South Local Government at the party’s secretariat in Molete, Ibadan.
The meeting, presided over by the State Secretary, Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke, was part of ongoing engagements aimed at strengthening unity, discipline, and progress within the party’s ranks across the state.
Members of the State Executive Committee present included Hon. Michael Ogunsina, Hon. Oludayo Opatokun, Hon. Adelabu Aderemi Alaba, Barr. Waheed Gbadegesin, Pastor Biodun Popoola, and Hon. Kunmi Adesina.
During the deliberations, stakeholders from Ogbomoso South resolved to intensify regular ward meetings, foster internal cohesion, and consolidate support for Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration.
Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Hon. Felix Akande reaffirmed the loyalty of the Ogbomoso South PDP family to the governor and the party.
“The PDP in Ogbomoso South remains solidly behind Governor Makinde and the PDP. We will continue to work as one family to ensure our great party remains strong at every ward and polling unit,” he said.
The gathering ended on a positive note with renewed pledges of unity, loyalty, and commitment to the party’s growth in the local government.
Notable leaders in attendance included Hon. Felix Akande, Hon. Sanjo Adedoyin, Alhaja Mujidat Kareem, Mrs. Toyin Olaniyan, Hon. Damilare Amusan, Hon. Oladipo Rotimi, Hon. Dayo Fagbemi, Hon. Taiwo Alagbe, Elder Moses Olamoyegun, Elder Taiwo Akano, Hon. Ayanwola Tunde, and Mrs. Ogunsina Olubisi, alongside the PDP Local Government Executive Committee, ward chairmen, and other critical stakeholders.
