FOLGSA Commends Makinde’s Administrative Initiatives, Leadership Style.

The Forum of Local Government Special Assistants in Oyo state has lauded the state Governor, His Excellency Oluwaseyi Makinde for his leadership style and dedication to the development and progress of the state, describing him as exemplary and a model for other leaders.

The recently appointed Special Assistants lauded Governor Makinde’s commitment to good governance, maintaining that his inclusive approach to governance has fostered unity and peace in the state, thereby creating an environment conducive to growth and prosperity.

All Oyo State Local Government Special Assistants, in a press statement issued on Friday through the state coordinator and secretary, Hon. Adetunji Wareez AJETUNMOBI (Ajé) and Aare Alao Olalekan State Secretary, said the governor continues to set standards for the state economy.

They also lauded the Governor for keeping faith with the state workforce, which has contributed to the stability of the system

The forum, in their commendation, also thank the governor for allowing them to serve the state at the grassroots level.

The statement read:

” The forum of local government Special Assistants found it worthy to appreciate our dear governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde for seeing it worthy to include us in his administration through the local government as well as It is necessary to commend our governor, Seyi Makinde for implementing a far-reaching infrastructure upgrade in our dear state,

” We can’t but continue to praise Governor Makinde for his unrelenting effort and contributions to the growth of our dear state.

“Governor Seyi Màkinde is an irrepressible democrat who has continued to demonstrate uncommon vision and rare courage in working for the Oyo state people as well as advancing the unity of Nigeria

” Since his resumption as governor in 2019, governor Makinde has kept faith with the state workforce; aside from the prompt payment of salary, his administration has proved to be outstanding in youth engagement and employment.

In a statement signed by the Coordinator, Forum of Local Government Special Assistants, Mr Adetunji Wareez AJETUNMOBI (Ajé), said the recruitment of an additional 7500 teachers and 3000 none teaching staff into Public Secondary schools through TESCOM, the 7000 teachers into state Public Primary schools, approval of more medical onto into state hospitals and Primary Health Care as well as the recent recruitment of AMOTEKUN and OYTROMA personnel has inarguably portrayed our governor as a leader who has the interest of the state and the unemployed youth at heart.

We knew governor Makinde to be a committed leader, a talk and do promising leader with deep commitment to service delivery notion, we are confident that, he will continue to deliver good governance and dividends of democracy in Oyo state,” The forum stated.
