Former Oyo State House of Assembly Speaker Gunju Ojo Mourns APC Chairman Barr. Isaac Omodewu
In a heartfelt statement, the former Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly and a prominent stakeholder of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has expressed profound sorrow over the sudden passing of Barr. Isaac Ajiboye Omodewu, the Oyo State APC Chairman.
The former Speaker extended his deepest condolences to Barr. Omodewu’s immediate family, acknowledging the immense loss they have suffered. He also commiserated with the state executive members of the APC, describing Omodewu’s death as a significant blow to the party at a crucial time.
In his message, the party stakeholder conveyed his sympathies to the Former First Lady of Oyo State, Chief Mrs Florence Ajimobi and Senator Teslim Folarin, noting the strong relationship and shared commitment to the progress of Oyo State that existed between them. He also extended his condolences to the Minister of Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu, three senators of the APC in Oyo State, urging them to honor Omodewu’s legacy by continuing to pursue the party’s ideals with unity and determination.
He also reached out to all APC members in the House of Representatives from Oyo State, House of Assembly, the Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Zacchuss Adelabu, all federal appointed political office holders, members of the party, and stakeholders across the state, acknowledging the deep impact Omodewu’s loss will have on the broader political landscape.
