Gunju Ojo Celebrates Sallah, Urges Support for President Tinubu

Rt Hon Gunju Ojo, former Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly and a leader in the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), has extended warm felicitations to Muslim faithful in Orire Local Government, Oyo State, and across Nigeria for Sallah. He emphasized the festival’s importance in promoting peace, unity, and compassion.

“Barka De Sallah to all our Muslim brothers and sisters. This festive period is a reminder of the values of sacrifice, compassion, and unity. It is a time for reflection and gratitude, and I urge everyone to embrace these virtues as we celebrate,” he said.

Acknowledging the economic hardships faced by many Nigerians, the seasoned lawmaker urged citizens to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration, which he believes is focused on long-term solutions to the nation’s economic issues.

“I understand that there is widespread hardship and hunger in our nation, but I firmly believe that this time shall pass. President Tinubu’s administration is focused on long-term solutions that will rectify the damages inflicted on our economy over the past 50 years. I implore all Nigerians to keep faith and support the government as it works towards sustainable development and prosperity,” he stated.

Gunju Ojo also commended the Minister of Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu, for his dedication and service, urging other political office holders to emulate his commitment.

Additionally, in honor of Father’s Day, Ojo extended his best wishes to all fathers and called on wives to continue supporting their husbands. “Happy Father’s Day to all fathers. Your role is vital in building strong families and communities. I urge wives to keep supporting their husbands, as this mutual support is crucial for the stability and growth of our families and nation.”
