Arowomole Ward PDP adopts house-to-house campaign strategy

The PDP in Arowomole Ward, Ogbomoso South Oyo State has adopted a house-to-house campaign strategy in an effort to intensify election campaigns for its candidates at all tiers in the 2023 elections.

The ward today met for implementing the strategy tagged Arowomole House-To-House Campaign, as the director general of the House to House campaign, Andrew Akande Akinloye, said at its launch that they would campaign for the victory of the Seyi/Bayo ticket and all other PDP tickets in the state.

To achieve this feat, he said over 500 volunteers would moved in and out of every household, noting that PDP Party Chairman in Ogbomoso South Local Chapter, Apostle Olamoyegun Moses will lead House to House Campaign team, while the Councilor of Arowomole ward, Prince Oyebunmi Kehinde will lead the campaign to extension communities in Arowomole ward.

Speaking further, a former party chairman of the ADC, Chief M. A Oguntoye explained that “With this strategy, we will enter a household, meet the members of the household and directly tell them to vote Atiku/Okowa as president and vice, Seyi Makinde as governor of Oyo State, Hon Akinwale Akinwole Solomon for Senate, Hon Olufemi Onireti for House of Representatives and Hon Sanjo Adedoyin as House of Assembly ,” he explained.

While rolling out what Arowomole ward has benefited, Secretary Ogbomoso South Local Government, Hon Abduljelil Busari said the PDP in Arowomole Ward adopted the house-to-house strategy in order to complement the recent ward to ward campaign.

He said few of what the ward have benefitted includes, Light up Market at Araada Market, Arowomole Market, Kajola Market, Solar Street Light at General Hospital Sunsun Arowomole, Powered Street Light from Methodist church Roundabout to Ora-gada Garage Arowomole, Solar Hybrid Grid Station at Aladan Community Bethsida, Approval of a Magistrate Court at Oke-ora by Oyo State Ministry of Justice with Reconstruction of the site, Renovation/ of Arowomole model Primary Health Center Sunsun Arowomole, Construction of 3 Phases of 1 Bedroom Flat at Model Primary Health Center Sunsun, Sinking of Borehole at Arowomole model Primary Health Center Sunsun, Construction of New PHC /Quarters/Sinking of Borehole at Obandi Area.

He warned the volunteers at the occasion to resist every provocation to incite violence during the campaign and the actual elections, alleging, “wherever they (ruling APC) observe that they will lose the election, they will incite violence.”

Abduljelil Busari also noteed that they benefited from Grading of truck C Roads, Drilling of Borehole at Osuru Community by Executive Chairman Ogbomoso South, at Araada Market, Borehole to Osuru Community by Hon. Sanjo Adedoyin, Sinking of Borehole at Bolorunduro Area Oke-araada, reconstruction and Reabilitation of Road from Methodist church Roundabout to Kolara, Mr. ZAKARIYYAH Quadr Olamide benefited a Five years Full Scholarship at First Technical University Ibadan by Ogbomoso South Local Government to pursue a Bachelor Degree program in Architecture, Miss Dhkrulahh Ashiat Idowu also benefited a Full Two Years Scholarship at Oyo State School of Health Eleyele Ibadan by Ogbomoso South Local Government to pursue Diploma in Community Nursing, Five beneficiaries of (YAP) Agricultural Skill Development Program Training at International Skill Acquisition Center (ISAC) Nassarawa State for both State and Local Government slot, Construcion of Model School at Molete community high school Oke-ora, Contruction of Model School at Methodist Primary School Arowomole, Construction of 3 Classrooms with Toilet Facilities at S.t Ferdinand (Jnr) High School Osuru, Renovation of 1 Block (A) of 2 Classrooms & Offices at United Primary School Abede-Orile, Renovation of 1 Block (A) of 6 Classrooms & 2 Offices at Laogun Adeoye Memorial High School, Drilling of Borehole at St Ferdinand High School, Renovation of 1 Block (A) of 6 Classrooms & Office, Construction of 4 Classrooms with Toilet Facilities at Ogbomoso Baptist comprehensive High School, Sinking of Borehole at Ogbomoso Baptist comprehensive High School, Contruction of 4 Classrooms with Toilet Facilities at C.A.C (Jnr) Grammar School Oke-ora, Sinking of Borehole at C.A.C (Jnr) Grammar School Oke-ora and Renovation of 1 Block (A) of 6 Classrooms at S.t Ferdinand (Jnr) High School.
