Soun: Under His Watch Ogbomoso Witnessed Robust Transformation – Sunday Adeyemo

Founder, Booda Sunday Foundation and House of Assembly hopeful, Mr Sunday Jeremiah Adeyemo has condoled with the family of late Soun and the people of Ogbomoso on the death of one the oldest monarchs in the country, Oba (Dr) Jimoh Oladunni Oyewumi Ajagungbade III, CON, CFR the Soun of Ogbomosoland.

Adeyemo also commiserated with the government and people of Oyo State on the death of the revered business man cum monarch who ascended the throne fourty eight years ago.

Oba Oladunni who ascended the throne of his forefathers in 1973, joined his ancestors on Sunday morning at the age of 95.

In his condolence message on Sunday, Adeyemo commended late Oba Oladunni efforts towards ensuring Ogbomosoland attain the status it is today.

“Under his watch, Ogbomosoland witnessed robust transformation in all sectors of the economy.”

He urges all who mourn the late monarch to emulate his lifelong commitment to development, progress and peace which he said where the bedrock of the unprecedented development witnessed in Ogbomosoland during his reign.

He prays that God will comfort the late monarch family and grant the soul of the departed eternal rest.
