Initially I didn’t want to react to the defection of Femi-Fani Kayode into the APC because it didn’t come to me as a surprise, that is expected from a typical Nigerian politician but I have gotten many calls from my friends on the internet and my response is just to advise those who can kill, maim or destroy their fellow human beings because of the political party their pay masters belong to have a rethink.
The most inconsistent set of people are Nigerian politicians and if you allow yourself to be killed while executing their wishes, they will even drink wine at your funeral and click glasses with the perceived political foes.
I even commended Femi-Fani Kayode who is not presently holding any political office and even came out boldly and even used the mouth that was used to cursed the god and licked the ground, where I disagreed with him is when he said he took that decision in the interest of Nigeria, Femi-Fani Kayode is a lawyer like me and I know he has the legal right to belong to political party of his choice and please don’t ask me if it is morally right? I watched him live on channels TV on Thursday 16th September and trust Seun Okinbaloye how he drilled him for almost an hour, Seun Okinbaloye is one of our fine gentlemen in the media, am proud of him and some of his colleagues at channel TV, they can compete with most journalists at BBC and CNN but honestly Femi-Fani Kayode was also up to the task, he was very composed throughout the interview.
As he said we should expect more defection, even sitting governors, senators, honorable members etc as politicking of 2023 draws near, even those who have cursed themselves will eventually return to the APC. For me I didn’t see any different from both PDP and APC and I doubt it if any of them can deliver Nigeria from her present predicaments. My advice to my friends here is to increase their absolver as others defect in coming days and for political jobbers, borrow yourselves sense and stop killing, maiming and destroying your fellow human beings to protect your paying masters, I hope I have satisfied my friends who insisted I must respond, thank you.
