Don’t use LAUTECH multi-campus to destroy your tremendous achievement, Open Salawu to Gov Makinde

Engr Muftau Open Salawu has called on the Oyo State governor, Engr Seyi Makinde to halt the his plan of turning Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH to a multi-campus institution, saying those who will benefit from the multi-campus contract are those that will first mock him.

He also added that the governor should stop putting the state into more decorations as he said he the governor keeps borrowing for no reason.

This was made known in a statement signed by Engr Muftau Open Salawu and made available to ROUNDOYO on Sunday.

He said planning multi campus for LAUTECH, an institution that have suffer from epilepsy kind of operations for years will scuttle Engr Makinde’s tremendous achievement.

The Ogbomoso born civil engineer cuz politician said advised the governor to concentrate on making LAUTECH a Conventional University in Ogbomoso, noting that with that he will forever engrave his name in the hearts of Ogbomoso indigenes.

Furthermore, the former SA works and transport to Sen Abiola Ajimobi added that rather than borrowing, the governor with his experience in private sector should bring in more brilliant ideas and development to increase the states IGR.

Makinde restrain your self.
A lot of people voted for you thinking you will better the situation and improve on their life. I know you’re struggling to maintain the momentum by borrowing for wrong reasons and putting our state in to more debtorship, with your experience in private sector We all expect more brilliant
ideas and developments to increase our IGR.

Now you are planning multi campus for LAUTECH, an institution that have suffer from epilepsy kind of operations for years and God has just used you to secure sole ownership and you want to use your hands to scuttle the tremendous achievement you just made.

Those that you thought will benefit from the Contract of multi Campus are the same people that will mock you tomorrow when you failed. Ogbomoso and people of Oke Ogun enjoy wonderful relationships and We shouldn’t be set against each other for avoidable reason.

Currently Federal University of Agric is being sponsored that will benefit the zone and I believe they would prefer that to a mini campus. My Governor, Please Concentrate on making LAUTECH a Conventional University in Ogbomoso and you will forever engrave your name in our hearts.
