Ladoja visit to Tinubu was to commiserate with him over burning of TVC-Latinwo

Former Govenor of Oyo State, High Chief Rasheed Ladoja, Commodore Isaac Morakinyo Jolapamo and Mr. Femi Okeowo, on Tuesday, paid a courtesy visit to former Lagos State Governor and national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu in his Bourdillon, Ikoyi, Lagos residence.

Pictures and stories of the visit have been flying round with an insinuation that it was for political reasons.

However, findings revelead that High Chief Ladoja said he went to condole with Tinubu over the burning of TVC and The Nation Newspaper by the #ENDSARS protesters.

While Speaking, the spokesperson to Senator Ladoja, Alhaji Lanre Latinwo, said:”It is true, High Chief Ladoja visited Senator Tinubu. High Chief Ladoja was in Lagos for a burial.

“Since he was in Lagos, he used that opportunity to commiserate with Tinubu over the burning of TVC and The Nation Newspaper”.

It would be recalled that recently, the Olubadan of Ibadan, Oba Soliu Akanmu Adetunji Ajeogunguniso II visited Tinubu weeks ago.

Tinubu was also in Ibadan last week and was hosted by the All Progressives Congress, APC, gubernatorial candidate in the 2019 general elections, Chief Bayo Adelabu.
