PDP Women leaders applaud Paul Ajagbe for his philanthropic gestures.

Women leaders of the ruling Peoples Democratic, PDP, have applauded the founder of Onirese House foundation, Hon Dr Paul Ajagbe for his philanthropic gestures and his contributions to the party since he joined them

The women leaders across the 10 ward in Ogbomoso North local government area said this on Monday during a meeting held with the medical practitioner, where they commended him for the harmonious working relationship he has been build with the Executives of the party.

Hon Adijat Oritooke who led the women leaders told Hon Paul: “we are not surprised when you came into the PDP fold and start impacting lives, because you have proven yourself to be a man of great character, humility and a sense of great insight

“Regardless of the challenges that may spring up, we assure you that success is certain in your political sojourn. We are sure you will do us proud as when elected to serve the people.”

“We pray for skills acquisition and empowerment programmes for women and youths to be supported by your good philanthropic acts as a way of enhancing our welfare which will go along way to impact positively in our lives,” she said.

Responding, Hon Dr Paul said he will always continue to work in harmony with the all those he met in the party and to further bring unity into the PDP fold in other to support Engr Seyi Makinde’s led administration.

He said, “I have a good relationship with the Executives of the party. This is necessary because I believe in the laid down constitutional structures and political party supremacy.

While commending the PDP women leaders for their support, Onirese said, “We will keep on doing what we can in our capacity either we are in government or not.

In their separate remarks, Mrs Dorcas Akinniyi and Alhaja Adio Rabiatu pledged that the women stands ready to provide their support to see him through his political sojourn, including requisite assistant and resources.
